After birth, the lambs are with their mother continuously for 6 weeks, so the ewe-milk rich in milkfat and minerals is always available to them. After six weeks of age, they become fattening lambs and get only barley, oats, corn and hay, as long as they reach the age of selection. Then my colleagues select the animals expertly and decide which ones will be kept for breeding purposes and which animals will be slaughtered. The rams – male lambs - are slaughtered, some animals are gelded to raise wethers. This is one of the most valuable meat types. An animal reaches its final weight when it is one year old, it does not release any hormones, its movement is not limited, so its meat becomes marbled.

The separation of the females: some ewes are kept for breeding purposes, they continue the bloodline, they are responsible for reproduction.

All animals are supervised and kept by my colleagues. It is important to always monitor the animals properly and to ensure their well-being 24 hours a day. As a result, we provide highest quality meat for our customers, who appreciate the best raw material
